As a Senior Business Manager, Minette Parmentier handles the daily needs of her clients – mostly in the entertainment, music and podcast industries – and supports the Partners and CPAs.
Prior to joining BPSD in 2012, Minette began her bookkeeping career at a local car dealership, then as the A/R manager of Moviola Digital’s rental division. In 2006, she became the office manager and assistant to the owner of a local construction company. There she was tasked with all aspects of accounting and organization, “which prepared me for my career at BPSD.”
Minette is a strong advocate for children in the foster care system, having been a foster parent and adopting her youngest child from foster care in 2014. She served on the board of the Ventura County Foster Parent Association as treasurer for ten years until the chapter closed in 2019.
“I’ve always had a love for organizing things and taking care of people. I feel like these qualities really helped to steer me towards my career in business management.’
Minette and her husband enjoy concerts, trying new restaurants and traveling — especially to Turks and Caicos, their “happy place.” Together, they have a blended family of six children, three grandchildren and three dogs.
